By signing up, downloading, or using any affimatic product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your use of affimatic products implies your acceptance of the terms outlined below.

License

All affimatic themes, plugins, templates, and patterns are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3 or later.

Refund Policy

affimatic offers a 30-day refund policy for paid plans, subject to the following conditions:

  • No refund will be issued if you have received support services for the product.
  • You must not have distributed the purchased product, whether freely or for a fee.

Reselling Our Products

You are free to use our products in compliance with their respective licenses. However, any unauthorized distribution or resale of our products will result in the immediate loss of access to support, updates, and any other benefits provided under your paid plan, without eligibility for a refund.

If you redistribute our products under the GPL license, you must:

  • Acknowledge affimatic as the original author, with a link to https://affimatic.com/
  • Clearly indicate that you are not affiliated with or endorsed by affimatic.

Commercial Usage

As a web designer, freelancer, or agency, you are free to install our products on your clients’ websites and charge for your services. However, your clients cannot use your license to access affimatic support or download updates.

Updates

Paid users can download updates for the products they have purchased during the duration of their plan.

Support Policy

  • Free Users: We do not provide support for free users or after the expiration of a paid plan.
  • Paid Plan Support: Paid plans include individual or group support, depending on the plan terms. Support is available from the date of payment confirmation until the end of the plan period.

Language of Support

Support is provided in English, French, or Spanish.

What Our Support Covers

  • WordPress compatibility issues with a fresh product installation.
  • Assistance with product functionality not covered in the documentation.
  • Issues related to broken product functionality.

What is NOT Covered by Support

  • Issues caused by outdated versions of PHP, MySQL, or WordPress.
  • Products purchased from sources other than this website or your admin panel.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party products.
  • If you are unable to provide access to the relevant website’s WordPress backend (for admin-related issues).
  • Errors related to custom code changes (PHP, JavaScript, etc.).
  • We do not support any version of Internet Explorer (IE).

Warranty

affimatic products are provided “as is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied. All products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and configuration on the latest stable version of WordPress at the time of the product’s release.

In no event shall affimatic (or its legal entity) be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

We do not provide licenses for stock images or specific true-type fonts (TTFs) that may be used in our products. You must obtain the necessary licenses from the respective owners. Demo images/videos used in our products are for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used on live production sites.

Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the right to use the product you have downloaded for as long as it is supported and compatible with WordPress. It does not guarantee updates or support services beyond the plan period.
